MASTER signs with FDA Rekotz; new album due in September !
Death Metal pioneers MASTER have inked a deal with FDA Rekotz for the band's landmark 12th full-length album, which is scheduled for a late September release.

MASTER's legendary founder and frontman, Paul Speckmann, commented: "We are proud to be working with Rico and FDA and look forward to a solid future together. Watch for the next masterpiece to be unleashed on September 27th, 2013."

After releasing The New Elite last year to widespread critical acclaim, Speckmann and MASTER waged war on false metal across the world with an ambitious string of dates that saw the band ravage audiences across Europe and North America. As the saying goes, there is no rest for the wicked, and MASTER is back in action for the True Underground Warriors Tour with ENTRAPMENT, bookended by select European festival dates. BIOGRAPHY:
THORNAFIRE started out in 1998 by the hand of Víctor Mac-Namara with the unique idea of playing Death Metal. One year later two songs were recorded to be their first demo called "Granded for all Somberness". With that tape and a savage live show the band started to achieve a strong name in the local scene.
After some line-up changes, an MCD entitled “Mortus Tenebrae Surrectus” was released in 2001 and received many good reviews from the local and international metal media and with that THORNAFIRE became one of the most promising Chilean extreme metal acts. This MCD contains six songs of annihilating Death Metal. It was distributed all over Chile as well as many trades were done with several labels and bands from South America, the USA and Europe.
In early 2003 a tour through the North of Chile and Bolivia was booked. Then a show with Czech’s Pandemia in Santiago and further gigs in the South of the country. To finish that year, more shows were played abroad … this time in Argentina. In the middle of 2005 the band recorded their debut LP “Exacerbated Gnostic Manifestation”, this record was a milestone in brutality, a
masterpiece of hate.

Ibex Moon Records, the label created by INCANTATION mastermind John McEntee, signed THORNAFIRE. The band's full-length debut "Exacerbated Gnostic Manifestation" was released in April 2007 through RED Distribution. On July 21st, 2009 THORNAFIRE released "Vorex Deconstrucción" through Ibex Moon Records. The act has captured the true spirit of a Southern American Death Metal style that worships at the altar of the ancient ones and takes its cues from bands like MORBID ANGEL, KRISIUN, (early) SEPULTURA, and PENTAGRAM (Chile), while putting its own unique spin on the genre."
In July 2010 THORNAFIRE made their first tour through Europe, appearing in Austria, Germany, Slovakia and the Czech Obscene Extreme Festival sharing stage with INCANTATION, MASTER, DERANGED among others. On June 2nd, 2011, THORNAFIRE had the distinct honor of warming up the stage for almighty SLAYER when the thrash titans brought their World Painted Blood Tour to South America. Understandably, the band is marking this occasion as a huge moment in their career. Next was another tour through Argentina in November 2011.
After two years in the process the band’s third album “Eclipse Nox Coagula” was recorded between January and April 2012 featuring a new and savage member, Christian Argandoña on vocals. With this release the band did a new extense tour releasing their darkest southern Death Metal assault over european festivals and sharing stage with LEGION OF THE DAMNED, MÖTLEY CRÜE, OVERKILL, DIMMU BORGIR among others.

"After a more or less hard discussion we decided to change our band logo. We instructed Dedy (Badic Art) and we're more than happy with the result. The new logo fits 100% to the band and our current style to play Metal of Death. The last years we're gone more and more back to our own musically roots, back to the classic way of Death Metal. So let's walk this path together."

"The Soundforge Studio in Berlin is booked for late May, as always with Andreas Hilbert as engineer. We'll record new songs for a upcoming 7“ EP which will be released around September by FDA Rekotz."

FDA REKOTZ is proud to announce the signing of American classic Death Metal clan DEROGATORY ! Their debut „Above All Else“ will be published later in 2013 by FDA Rekotz !! Be prepared for some blastin' death metal in the vein and with soul of the good old late 80s/early 90s American death metal elite!!

DEROGATORY was formed around late 2010 early 2011. Christian Ordonez and Joe Viwatkurkul wrote all the early material with Chris later taking the position of changing the music style and riff writing even further with later material. Derogatory went through 3 drummers and now Coyoton (Drum) plays as Derogatory current drummer and Daniel Alonzo (Bassist) to go along with the band. With the release of our first demo late 2011 which is an only based local LA demo. Derogatory try to make heavy ass fuckin music with speed and technicality !

It is sure to be considered one of 2013’s best classic Death Metal releases.
